Engine 61-3 is a 1992 KME Fire Fox pumper. The unit is equipped with a 2000 gpm pump and a 1250-gallon tank. The engine carries 700 feet of 1½” hose, 800 feet of 2½” hose, 2000 feet of 5” hose, and 6 sections of hard sleeve hose. The 5” large diameter hose on this truck is set up in a manner so that it can either be laid as two side-by-side1000 foot sections, or as a single 2000-foot section. The engine also carries a variety of hand tools, 49 feet of ground ladders, a generator, and complete scene lighting package. This unit is the second due engine for all structure fires and acts primarily as a water supply engine.
